User Agreement

Acceptance of the Agreement
 
In ¡Hola-Ola! We support safe digital learning. For that, We encourage You as a Parent or Legal Guardian to read the following User Agreement.
From hereon, the term “We”, “Our”, “Us” refers to ¡Hola-Ola!. The term “You”, “Parent”, “Legal Guardian”, “Student” refers to a visitor of the website or a costumer.
By creating an account on our website, You are accepting Our Privacy Policy as well as Our User Agreement.
We will not collect any information from the Student without his/her Parent or Legal Guardian’s consent. The information We ask from the Student will only be used as a tool for the Teachers to know who they will be teaching.
 
If  You as a Parent or Legal Guardian realize that a Student has given Us any personal information without your consent please immediately contact Us at julieta@hola-ola.net and We will erase that information from Our website. 
 
We conduct Our Classes through Zoom App. For that matter, We encourage You as a Parent or Legal Guardian to be present during the Class. We respect Our Students’ privacy. Classes may be recorded or monitored for purposes of improving Our Service. Having Your prior written consent, such recording may be used for businesses’ purposes, to promote on Our Channel or Facebook Page.
 
Our whole Curriculum is educationally based. We will share Slides with the Student’s through Zoom and We might share YouTube Videos through the same platform. These videos are music based Spanish learning videos and its purpose is to make language acquisition easier for the Student.
 
We provide a safe and caring space for learning. If the Student comes across information that makes him/her feel uncomfortable, We ask You to please immediately contact Us at julieta@hola-ola.net.
 
Classes Information
 
You as a Parent or Legal Guardian are the one responsible to create an account in Our website, book or reschedule a class, and complete payment for the Student.
 
If the Student is not able to attend a scheduled class, You can reschedule it with at least 24 hour notice. However, if You cancel the scheduled class it will be deducted from your purchase as well as if You fail to reschedule the class with at least 24 hour notice.
If the Student arrives late for the scheduled class, the Student can still join it until its scheduled ending time. The Teacher will wait for the 25 minutes of the class but will not be able to extend after those 25 minutes have passed.  
If the Student misses his/her scheduled class as listed and confirmed in the account, then the class will be deducted from the purchase and be classified as a “No Show” class. We encourage You to respect and value your time as well as the teachers and try your best to avoid this situation. You can find further information about this in Our FAQ.
 
If a Teacher cannot join the scheduled class with You, We will get in contact with You to your provided email address or phone number to reschedule this class with  at least 24 hour notice.
 
If a class fails to be conducted because of any technical problems You might have, the Teacher will wait for You the 25 minutes of the class to see if You can solve the problem. If You are not able to find a solution, then the class will conclude at its scheduled time and will be deducted.
 
We might change Our Privacy Policy and Our User Agreement without previous notification. Please review Our documents periodically.
